Latest update: October break & christmas booking information
Dear Clients
As we step into autumn, I wanted to share a few important updates regarding my diary and upcoming availability.
I’ll be taking a break during the October half-term (last week of October) and will only be working on Wednesday, 30th October.
I have two limited appointments available that day — please message me directly via WhatsApp or DM if you’d like to secure one.
Looking ahead to Christmas, my online booking system will remain open until Saturday, 6th December.
From Monday, 8th December to Monday, 22nd December, I’ll be manually pencilling appointments, giving priority to my regular clients who want a slot before Christmas.
I’m in the process of scheduling my regular clients first, and once they’re all confirmed, I’ll open my December diary for new bookings.

Patch test required
At The Brow Glam, your safety and satisfaction are my top priorities. To ensure the best results and minimize the risk of adverse reactions, a patch test is required for certain treatments.
When Is a Patch Test Needed?
A patch test must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment for the following treatments:
• Brow Lamination
• Lash Lift & Tint
• Brow wax & tint
This test allows me to check for any sensitivities to the products used during your treatment.
How to Arrange Your Patch Test
To complete your patch test, you’ll need to collect a Patch Test Kit at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Simply contact me via text or WhatsApp to arrange a collection time that works for you.
Please note: Without a completed patch test, I will not be able to proceed with your treatment.
What About Microblading and Ombre Brows?
For treatments like microblading and ombre brows, a free no obligation consultation is required before the procedure, during which we’ll discuss skin compatibility and safety.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
No-Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.
